Change Management Specialist 12-month initial contract Hybrid working (Gaydon) £29 per hour (Inside IR35) About the company I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Change Management Specialist to join their team Job Description As Change Management Specialist, your main responsibilities are: Lead and manage the product meeting, to accelerate throughout Scrutinise business cases and support or challenge decisions to progress Guide Engineering functions on the required steps to ensure timely release & implementation of all Engineering change in conjunction with manufacturing, MP&L, Finance & Purchase Manage the handover of changes from programmes to running change Publish Change Management KPI data to measure success & identify opportunities Qualifications / Skills required Change Management Automotive Engineering Control and cost correction Agile methodology Why work through Contechs?
