Project Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a highly successful Tier 1 Contractor who due to the award of new projects is seeking to appoint a talented Project Quantity Surveyor to be based from their office in West Yorkshire. The opportunity As Project Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for either leading commercial activities on the project or acting as a number 2, depending on the size, value and complexity of the scheme. You will take responsibility for all financial procedures in conjunction with the Senior Quantity Surveyor. This opportunity will ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor with a professional and proactive manner who has a genuine desire progress their career and to develop their management skills. Candidates must be robust, organised with strong track record of working closely with the client. Excellent attention to detail is essential. Qualifications and experience * Main contractor experience within the Construction market. * Proven track record of delivering projects £3m+ within the time and budget constraints to a high quality. * Experience working on Public Sector projects such as Schools and Leisure Centres.
