Warehousing Apprenticeship Tutor Join a Leading Training Provider Due to our continued success, we are expanding our esteemed Learner and Employer Engagement Team by appointing a Warehousing Apprenticeship Tutor. Title: Warehousing Apprenticeship Tutor Job Type: Full-time/Permanent Salary: Competitive salary + benefits, including a company car, healthcare, pension, and other privileges. Applicant Requirements: Experience in apprenticeship delivery or extensive sector experience in a warehousing role. While not mandatory, some background in supervising, training, and developing staff would be advantageous. This experience should ideally be current but must have been within the last 3 years. Responsibilities: Delivering training to apprentices in the workplace, primarily focusing on the Supply Chain Warehouse Operative standard. Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager, the role involves delivering innovative teaching and learning sessions to all allocated apprentices. Providing training, coaching, support, planning, monitoring, and formal reviewing of the apprentice’s progress from initiation through to the end point assessment. Identifying opportunities to attract more vacancies and collaborating with other departments to ensure overall business success.
