Support Worker

Support Worker Full Time - 40 hours a week. National charity are looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker to join their team in the Cheltenham area. The role: * To assist in the delivery of care for variety of service users within a supportive environment. * Provide personal care * Take an active role in the assessment and managing client risk in a clear and calm manner. * Manage client meetings and facilitate the client Inclusion and training representatives * Ensure that all medication within the service, is managed in line with Trust policy and procedures.
