About the Role: Join a dynamic team responsible for sourcing essential components and materials to support new product development and manufacturing processes. As a Buyer, you'll play a pivotal role in vendor selection, cost management, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. About the package: * Starting salary up to £43,000 * Bonus Scheme * Flexible working * 12pm finish every Friday * Enhanced pension contribution * Learning & Development * Free onsite parking & more… Experience: * Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Buyer or similar role within an engineering or manufacturing environment. * Proficiency in current procurement techniques with a track record of delivering savings. Skills & Competencies: * Proficient in ERP/MRP systems. * Strong negotiation and persuasive skills. * Excellent oral and written communication abilities. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. * The ability to interpret technical drawings is desirable Qualifications/Education & Training: * Good level of education, including proficiency in English and Mathematics. * CIPS qualification or working towards it.
