Mental Health Support Worker

I am looking for a mental health support worker to join a new service in Salisbury. The role comes with a great salary and benefits and future opportunities for progression within the organisation. You will be supporting the well being of an adolescent with various needs including mental health issues and you will play a vital part in their future development, so this is a very rewarding role. Due to the nature of the role you will be required to work a range of shifts which will include some sleep ins as well as some evening and weekend working. To be considered for this role you will have some experience of working with people with mental health issues and you will be caring and patient. Ideally you will hold NVQ level 3 in children's and young people's workforce or be willing to work towards this.
