Service Manager

Vacancy - Service Manager - Isle of Man Our well respected client is looking for an experienced Service Manager for their franchised main dealer in the Isle of Man. This would suit someone who is willing to re locate, forward thinking, organised, punctual and has the desire to achieve both targets/standards set by the manufacturer. Full training will be provided. The job: * Successfully managing and driving the technicians and service work * Managing staff training and accreditation * Delivering exceptional customer service and CSI standards * Documenting all warranty work as per manufacturers' requirements and dealership policy * Monitoring and reacting to daily operating control reports, enquiries, complaints and etc * Reporting of performance and key figures to the Directors and Group Aftersales Manager * Achieving set targets * Managing departmental compliance and ensuring manufacturer minimum standards are met Basic - 35k OTE - 47k + company car and fuel (50k package) Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 5.00pm Sat - 8.30am - 12.30pm (1 in 3) Responsible for: 6 Technicians 2 Service Advisors 1 Workshop Controller 1 Valetor Benefits: * Company car + fuel * Company pension * Employee discount * 30 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays 18k annual tax allowance and only 10% tax paid on earnings. £800 a year council tax that includes water rates.
