Project Administrator Our client are a Construction company, established in 1972, they are now one of the largest specialist construction companies in the UK. Having developed our extensive knowledge of the flat and pitched roofing, they are growing at a rapid rate and are now pleased to be looking for a Project Administrator to join the Contracts department at their head office in Bedford. What you will be doing – We are looking for highly organised individuals with proven administration experience to join the team at this exciting time of growth. Full training will be provided to understand the basics of roofing. Any experience in roofing would be extremely desirable but not essential. You would ensure the smooth flow of general construction & roofing projects. You would be assisting the Project Managers to get projects running smoothly, on-time from an office environment, including organising; Material Deliveries Risk Assessments Method Statements Able to work as part of a wider team, liaising with the staff on site Ideally be based within a commutable proximity to the Bedford area What they are looking for – Experience of working in a similar Admin, Contract Support position Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Computer literate Flexible and able to work on your own or as part of a team Have excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail What they can offer – Annual Profit related bonus Career Progression Onsite Parking Company Events Mileage paid for any site visits Working week- Working week Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.00pm with an hour lunch break
