The brief is quite open in terms of whether that person should be at Associate or a more senior level and what is clear will be their talent for design and the connections they share with Architects and Developers. You may just be considering going alone or are keen to secure a role where you are able to drive and direct an enthusiastic team of Engineers and Technicians who seek a mentor with real vision, whilst taking responsibility for the direction of the group`s Structural Engineering offering across the Midlands.
