Chief Digital Revenue Officer

In this role you have responsibility and oversight of the Corporate Governance policies and structures for the business. The role will lead and be accountable for driving revenue growth and hitting targets, developing strategic partnerships, and optimizing digital sales and marketing results. In this role your key stakeholders will be; CEO, External Regulators and Board Audit and Risk Committee.

Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & Delivery - Develop and implement comprehensive revenue generation strategies aligned with the company's goals and budget requirements.

Sales Leadership - Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets, employing data-driven methodologies and market insights.

Digital Marketing Optimisation - Develop and lead optimised marketing campaigns, ensuring effective customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Partnership Development - Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand our market reach and enhance revenue streams.

Product Monetization - Work closely with product teams to optimise pricing models and identify opportunities for new revenue streams.

Data Analysis - Utilise data analytics to assess performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive revenue growth.

Customer Experience - Enhance the overall customer experience to maximize customer lifetime value and satisfaction.

Financial Planning - Collaborate with finance teams to create revenue forecasts, budgets, and financial models.

Leadership - Lead and guide the Marketing team to ensure they deliver against goals and operate as a high performing team.

Experience

Fintech Leadership - Proven track record of successful leadership in senior roles within the fintech sector, showcasing a deep understanding of industry nuances and challenges.

Revenue Growth - Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategies that have significantly contributed to revenue growth in previous roles.

Sales Excellence - Extensive experience leading high-performance sales teams, with a focus on achieving and surpassing revenue targets through effective sales strategies.

Digital Marketing Expertise - Substantial experience in optimizing digital marketing efforts, including proficiency in leveraging data analytics for campaign optimization and customer acquisition.

Partnership Development - A history of cultivating and managing strategic partnerships, resulting in mutually beneficial collaborations and expanded revenue streams.

Product Monetization - Proven ability to work closely with product teams in optimizing pricing models and introducing successful monetization strategies.

Data-Driven Decision Making -Track record of utilizing data analytics to drive decision-making, implementing data-driven insights to enhance overall business performance.
