Customer Service Manager

Adecco have teamed up with a forward thinking and dynamic company within electrical manufacturing, they are looked for a Customer Services Manager. You will come from an electronics background and ensure customer satisfaction via effective communication, while maintaining customer accounts through the full customer life cycle.

Salary: 45,000 t0 49,000

Hours: Hybrid working 4 days on site and 1 days at hom e (Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch & Fri 8am - 1.30pm no lunch)

Your main responsibilities will be;

• Management of the customer account team
• Ensuring that customer expectations are met and are in line with business objectives.
• Point of contact for designated accounts to deliver customer service excellence. Liaising on a cross departmental basis to drive through output ensuring to expedite orders and deliveries
• Regular reports and presenting Key account information to senior management
• Conducting presentations and managing meetings where necessary
• Assisting external sales in setting sales forecasts and striving to meet financial targets

Key requirements are;

• Experienced in a customer service management position within electronic manufacturing
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent time management skills
