Customer Service Administrator


Location - Hampton, Peterborough
Pay - GBP14.84 per hour, after 3 months goes up to GBP15.44
Contract - 3 months
Hours - Monday - Friday 9am-5.30 with an option to work overtime at a weekend on a rota basis that will be remote .

Required skills:
- Plenty of Customer service experience
- Previously required to complete calls/make bookings.
- Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
- Speaking/typing in English to a professional level.
- Being a great problem solver - thinking proactively in order to resolve incidents as quickly and smoothly as possible.
- Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent in Maths and English
- IT certificated desirable but not essential.

Requirements:
- To use tools and information available to assign customer calls to the most
appropriate engineer available to achieve SLA.
- To allocate or order parts using our client systems to ensure calls can be attended and resolved within SLA.
- To effectively liaise with customers and ensure call notes are accurate and up to date.
- To provide customer reporting for key customers and suppliers.
- To effectively liaise with internal departments to ensure that issues are resolved successfully.
- Escalating incidents as required meeting required SLAs.
- To participate in specific projects across the organisation as may reasonably be requested.
- To provide a courteous and professional response to all calls - receiving and logging updates from our clients engineers, Service Desk, Workshop, Purchasing department, Third Party Suppliers and Customers.
