Salary: GBP23,211 per annum (OTE GBP25,532) plus benefits

Our client, a leading FTSE250 company in Wycombe, is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct property tours to showcase available storage units and explain features and benefits
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate storage solutions
• Process rental agreements and assist with administrative tasks
• Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize revenue
• Maintain a clean and organized facility to enhance the customer experience
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
