Hotel Reception Manager


My client, a small hotel in Worcestershire, is looking to recruit a Hotel Reception Manager on a Maternity Cover Contract. The main responsibilities of the role include administration of the Front Office, reservations, maintenance and housekeeping. This will include the following - Manage the Reception Desk to ensure guest satisfaction - Ensure all accounts are billed correctly - Liaise with the Housekeeping and Maintenance Teams on a daily basis - Liaise with other hotels and tourist boards to ensure maximum occupancy - Carry out ongoing appraisals of Front Desk Team - Ensure compliance with GDPR and Data Protection regulations - Manage rate strategies to increase room sales As a suitable candidate you will offer the following - Previous experience in a similar role is essential - Excellent Customer Service skills - Strong Communication skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels - Flexibility to cover hours required(40 per week, working 5 days out of 7) - Professional in appearance and working standards - Can remain calm under pressure The pay-rate for this role is based on a salary of up to £26,000 Keywords Hotel Reception, Front Office, Manager, maximize occupancy
