1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and work within a Primary school in Bedfrodshire. As part of Dunbar Education, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) while supporting various educational settings. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and assist in devising effective learning strategies. Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere that promotes the social and academic growth of the students. Maintain open communication with school staff, parents, and other professionals involved in the student's education.Requirements: Previous experience working with SEN students in an educational setting is highly desirable. Understanding of various learning styles and methods to support diverse needs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
