Sales Negotiator

Job Title: Negotiator / Senior Negotiator Location: Reigate, Leatherhead and Oxted Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 DOE The Role We are seeking a number of Sales Negotiators for property consultancy in Surrey. I’m looking to speak with Negotiators and Senior Negotiators with experience in Leatherhead, Dorking, Reigate, Rehill and Oxted. The Company This company is a property consultancy with multiple offices across Surrey. Established in the 1800’s, this property consultancy employee nearly 70 people and offer a variety of services such as sales, lettings, ecology, town planning, rural surveying, commercial agency and property management. The role will require * Register applicants and their property requirements * Arrange viewings * Attend viewings * Organise and maintain the appointments diary * Assist with valuations * Canvass for new business * Keep up to date with local competition and the local property market Desired Skills & Qualifications * Experience in the local area ideally * Keen interest in the property market * Driving licence and own car Salary & Benefits * £25,000 - £40,000 OTE DOE * Increased holiday with service * Mon – Friday 8:30am – 6pm * Saturdays on a rota system Keen to hear about other opportunities like this?
