Oversee day-to-day operations, and safety checks, and maintain a warm, welcoming environment. Accurately complete young people's paperwork and maintain reflective records. Support and encourage children to reach their full potential. Empower young people to develop life and independence skills. Ensure detailed handovers and effective shift plans. Transport young people to education, contact meetings, and activities. Promote and uphold the company ethos, values, and expectations consistently.Senior Support Worker Specification: Kind, caring, professional, and empathetic, even in challenging situations. Proactive and resourceful, providing personalized support to each young person. Positive outlook, always seeking solutions to difficulties. Reflective about your work and committed to ongoing development. Ideally, possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar environment.
