Are you a skilled social worker with a desire to contribute to positive change? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join this dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in assessing parenting capacity and developing support plans that will ultimately benefit children and families in our community. The role is part time up to 30 hours a week and hours can be split over 3, 4 or 5 days per week. About the Role: In this role, you will: Conduct comprehensive parenting assessments, utilising a variety of tools and frameworks. Work collaboratively with families to understand their strengths and areas needing support. Develop and implement comprehensive support plans tailored to each family's individual needs. Liaise with other professionals, including psychologists, teachers, and health care providers. Prepare detailed reports and participate in legal proceedings when necessary. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service offered by the Centre. About You: You are a qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience. You possess a strong understanding of child development, attachment theory, and family dynamics. You have experience in conducting parenting assessments, ideally using the [Name of Assessment Framework] framework. You are an excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal and listening skills. You are a skilled team player who can also work independently and manage a demanding caseload.
