Children's Residential Support Worker


I'm currently hiring Children's Residential Support Workers to join a children's residential organisation near Hove, East Sussex - supporting children between the ages of as young as 6 to 16 with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a great opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people; you'll help them to grow, develop and flourish in an environment where they feel safe. Experience in supporting children is a huge bonus, but by no means essential. You must be committed and passionate, engaging, and devoted to encouraging and mentoring the children - whilst having loads of fun along the way! **Due to the nature of the job and the activities involved, we are only able to consider applicants who have a full UK driver's licence and a car** Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Location: Hove, East Sussex Contract: Permanent Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week plus sleep ins (rolling rota pattern) Benefits of being a Children's Residential Support Worker; Getting paid to make the children's lives fun Opportunity to do the NVQ level 3 Children & Young People qualification - fully funded!
