Looking for a Site Manager to join a leading Property services company on a Planned Maintenance contract based South East London Offering up to £56,000 +car allowance and benefits We are after an established Site Manager who has a track record of delivering planned maintenance projects Can Manage Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure quality control is maintained Will Attend pre and post-inspection works and advise on appropriate action and job requirements and assist with design solutionsIf you are someone who has similar experience then we would like to hear from you Previous work on Social housing contracts is a must You will need: SMSTS Social Housing experience H&S Qualification UK Driving licence Please attach an updated cv for more info!!
