Our client, a market leader in their sector are looking for an Returns Coordinator to join their Aftercare Team. Within this role you will be a point of contact for our colleagues seeking to resolve their customer queries, exchange requests, or returns as quickly as possible. Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and manage changing priorities with a calm and focused approach. SAP experience is required. What you will be doing: Build relationships with key internal and external stake holders, ensuring that returns are processed correctly and efficiently. Acting as a point of contact for B2C colleagues for queries in relation to credit requests for returns Coordinate return requests, approving or rejecting in line with company’s returns policies and consulting with customers. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional handling of product returns and exchanges. Maintain our database of all product returns and exchanges. Invoice creating for key accounts and data analytics monthly
