Job Title: Early Years Teacher BD5 Location: Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Bradford Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £120 - £135 Per day Job Duties: Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for early years students Create a safe and inclusive learning environment Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to enhance the overall learning experience Maintain accurate records of students' development and achievements Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with early years children Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Previous experience in a similar role Understanding of child development principles Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in early childhood education Experience with special educational needs (SEN) students Training in safeguarding and child protection Working Conditions: Part-time hours, with the possibility of additional hours as needed Work in a classroom setting with early years students Potential exposure to challenging behaviours and situations Regular interaction with parents and caregivers All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
