Lead Endoscopy Practitioner (RGN/ODP)

Stroud Resourcing is helping a leading private hospital find a full time (working 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday), Lead Endoscopy Practitioner. This role comes with an attractive salary of up to £44,000 p/a plus excellent benefits! A 4 day working week will also be considered for the right individual.   This tight-knit, welcoming hospital has a Good CQC rating plus 30+ beds, 2 operating theatres (both with laminar flow), a minor operations theatre, JAG Accredited Endoscopy Unit and dedicated imaging department. They offer a variety of surgical services including Endoscopy, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Gynaecology, Cosmetics and Ophthalmology. As Endoscopy Lead you will: Oversee the strategic management of the endoscopy service and a team of endoscopy Nurses/Practitioners, maintaining safe and efficient delivery of care. Lead on maintaining their JAG Accreditation and maintaining a ‘Good’ CQC rating. Provide highly visible leadership across your team and work closely with the SMT and Consultants to drive efficiencies, grow the services and improve the patient experience.To apply for this role, you must be a NMC registered Nurse or HCPC registered Practitioner with prior experience working within Endoscopy. You will Be confident managing a team, and to achieve the top end of the salary have experience in maintaining JAG Accreditation.
