HR Advisor


HR Advisor urgently required, paying up to £40 000. You’ll be responsible for providing a professional, efficient and cost-effective HR service for staff and associated companies. Based in their Central London City office in a small but busy team, reporting to the HR Director. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: * Support the HR Team with any day to day queries. * Providing accurate and appropriate advice on HR policies. * Disciplinary/grievance issues, sickness absence, parental rights etc. * Analyse employee statistics such as absence. * Ensure HR data is kept up to date at all times. * Collate and submit wider HR statistics. * Lead or support disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings. * Attend meetings internal and external. * Assist with the recruitment process from end to end. * Understanding of auto-enrolment procedures. * Complete Pension administration. * Champion mental health initiatives. * To become a champion of equal opportunities for the business. * Keep-up-to date with legislation and best practice at all times.
