Compliance Manager

You'll be working with a Housing Association in London on a 6 month contract that will be extended, if everyone is happy. Your rate will be from £400 - £450 per day, this is competitive. You'll be allowed to work from home after an initial period of becoming familiar with the organisations procedures, teams that you'll crossover with and software. What You'll Be Doing * You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our properties meet and exceed regulatory standards. * Overseeing compliance with health and safety regulations, including gas safety, fire safety, and electrical safety. * Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal requirements and industry best practices. * Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance across our property portfolio. * Monitoring changes in legislation and regulations, and advising senior management on necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
