Community Nurse Band 5

Nothing But Healthcare are currently recruiting Registered Community Nurse's to work across Burscough as part of a citywide team supporting service users in their own homes with personal care needs, activities of daily living over a short term period of assessment and rehabilitation following discharge from hospital. You will need to have previous community nursing experience. How does it work? * Discussion with an experience consultant who will talk you through the process and answer any questions. * Work with our compliance team to becoming a compliant worker. Very clearly communicated and helpful. * Work with your consultant to book in shifts and grow a strong working relationship. Pay rates: * £22.00 - £24.00 per hour – Day rate. * £24.00 - £27.00 per hour – Night/Saturday rate. * £27.00 - £31.00 per hour – Sunday/Bank Holiday rate.
