Maintenance Handyperson - Cambridge

Maintenance Handyperson required for permanent general repair and maintenance role in Cambridge £35k - £38k per annum Holiday pay, company pension, v good OT rates, subsidised staff restaurant and employee discount scheme. £100 per week on call allowance plus min 4 hour payment if called out Monday to Friday - Days 07.00-4pm Outstanding working environment Essential applicant Requirements: Experience of planned maintenance and reactive repair work Experience in straightforward plumbing, electrical, joinery, decorating and painting Prior experience as a handyperson,maintenance person,repair person,care taker or building maintenance person A full UK driving licence All applicants must be to be part of on call rota(on call allowance + over time payments) CambridgePrincipal Duties: Planned and reactive commercial maintenance and repair work Working with the on site maintenance manager Straightforward plumbing, very basic electrical, fixing doors and windows, fitting locks, painting work etc Cambridge £35k - £38k per annum plus £100 per on call allowance week regardless if you get called out or not and min 4 hour payment (if called out) In addition there are year on year holiday increments, a very good pension scheme, pay reviews, a subsidised staff canteen and an absolutely fantastic employee high street discount package.
