HR Associate Samlesbury Based (Hybrid) £36.40 an hour Umbrella Inside IR35 6 Month Contract initially. This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UK's leading Defence organisations based In Samlesbury. Hybrid working. Job Description:- Provides coaching, advice and support to Line Managers on a range of ER case types to the in scope UK businesses. Establishes effective working relationships to ensure that relevant stakeholders are engaged and informed at the appropriate stages in each case, working in partnership with members of the UK Case Coaching Team and other stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate and effective case work. Provides balanced advice that is legally compliant & in line with company policy to managers, and employees in order to manage risk Ensures effective working relationships are created and maintained including (not limited to) Business HR, Trade Union / Employee representatives, Occupational Health, Labour Law, ethics and others who interface with the Case Coaching Team. Provides challenge, support & contributes to changes and developments in technology solutions, policy & process to ensure the continuous improvement of the efficiency of the service Works with key stakeholder groups to continuously improve line leader capability by challenging, influencing and supporting managers in a way that increases their knowledge, understanding and ability to manage ER cases effectively Responsibilities:- The successful candidate will be required to perform tasks suitable to the internal level of this role.
