Have you got a strong Customer Service background working to strict KPI's? I am working with a company in Huddersfield who are seeking to add top talent to their customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience dealing with customers in a manufacturing or a fast-paced, busy call centre environment. Responsibilities: Manage delivery performance for your customer accounts and ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained. Act as the first line of support for customers queries, complaints, and issues. Provide excellent customer service and act as the front line support. Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience dealing with customers in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills.
