Senior Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse Roles and Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Theatre Team to deliver a high standard of efficient, personalized patient care. • Demonstrate strong communication skills with an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service. • Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes for patients. • Experience in orthopaedics, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, would be advantageous but not mandatory. Senior Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse Requirements: UK professional body registration. Current Theatre experience with a proven ability to thrive under pressure. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Working Week/Hours: 37.5, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. NMC/HCPC registration. High standards of clinical competence. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively both in a team and independently. Exceptional customer service skills. Proficient in computer skills. Ability to plan equipment and consumable requirements.
