Goldmine Account Manager – 12-Month FTC Maternity Cover We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Goldmine services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start required. Reporting to the Head of Department & Goldmine Manager, you will coordinate and deliver specific clients’ email marketing campaigns from beginning to end. If you are looking for a client-facing role in an exciting, fast-moving Global media business and you enjoy working as part of a team then read on! You will work with multiple accounts at a strategic level; planning and advising on their email marketing strategy and establishing their needs. Including, but not limited to: -Establishing objectives. -Content approval. -Workflows & set up – consulting on email best practices solutions and execution. -End of campaign & KPI reports. Day-to-day you will manage campaign processes & strategies for multiple clients at a time, so being highly organised and having great attention to detail is required. As this is a client-facing role, building & maintaining strong relationships is essential, both virtually and in-person, so travel to central London and beyond is expected. What you’ll be doing: -Manage multiple accounts and campaigns. -Build strong relationships and confidently liaise with clients (both virtually, over the phone, and in-person) across multiple touch points, including frequent campaign updates, KPI reports, optimisation suggestions & strategy recommendations. -Manage own client base in an organised and proactive manner, keeping on top of client spend, frequency, and credit. -Maintain and update the communal scheduling system. -Work closely with Sales to drive client retention, bespoke campaign strategies and upsell opportunities. What we’re looking for: -Relevant experience in a client-facing or account management position. -Good MS Office skills. -Excellent communication skills both client-facing and with colleagues. -Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. -Excellent time management. -A background/knowledge in the Asset Management industry is desirable but not essential. -Available to start immediately.
