Site Secretary/Document Controller 24 month contract Stoke-on-Trent £16.00-18.00 p/hour Monday to Friday Site Based Zeal Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading main contractor, helping them recruit for an experienced Site Secretary/Document Controller to commence in May on a 2 year temporary contract. The duties of the Site Secretary/Document Controller are: • All Document Control relating to the design of the project • Working alongside the design team on design work • Providing weekly/monthly site stat reports to project manager • Liaising with Project Lead / Design Manager regarding coordination of O&M manuals • Printing of site drawings • Sending drawings to relevant teams • Working heavily with the PM, design and wider team • Overseeing some of the day to day running of the project including typing up minutes • Attending site meetings as and when As the Document Controller you will have: • Experience using 4P/Biosite and at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role • Strict time Management and organisational skills • IT Literate • Able to maintain a calm demeanor when working under pressure • A methodical structured approach to working • Keen eye for detail The successful Document Controller will be working within a highly experienced and friendly team on a brand new project Please speak to Becky and send your CV to (url removed) or call the office on (phone number removed) to discuss your application with a view to getting you started (subject to experience and telephone interview) Zeal Recruitment are acting as an Employment Agency of behalf of the client, we offer both temporary and permanent placements to clients within the Construction industry to include, M&E, Building Services, Construction of onsite and offsite, Trades & Labour and office support.
