Carpet / Floor Cleaning Technician * Temp - Perm role after 12 weeks * £12.00 per hour plus bonus after 12 weeks. * Full UK Driving Licence essential We are seeking a dedicated Carpet /Floor Cleaning Technician to join our clients team. - The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional carpet cleaning services to our clients. - This includes pre-treating stains, performing routine cleaning, and doing final inspections to ensure customer satisfaction. - The Carpet Cleaning Technician should be knowledgeable about various cleaning techniques and solutions, be able to operate cleaning equipment, and have excellent customer service skills. Job Description * Evaluate the condition of carpets and recommend appropriate cleaning methods * Operate and maintain carpet cleaning machinery * Apply suitable cleaning agents to stains and spots * Ensure the correct mixture of cleaning solution * Use various techniques to remove stains and dirt from carpets * Ensure customer satisfaction by inspecting carpets after cleaning * Move furniture as necessary to clean carpets * Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment * Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures * Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies * Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns or complaints Role Qualifications/skill requirements * Proven experience in Carpet Cleaning Rejuvenation/Technician or similar role * Knowledge of different carpet materials and cleaning techniques * Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment * Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and furniture * Strong customer service skills * Valid FULL UK Driving Licence IMMEDIATE START Please contact us on (phone number removed) or email your CV
