Our client, a specialist civil engineering contractor operating within Scotland's rail sector, is on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to lead on exciting projects spread across Central Scotland. As a vital part of the operational structure, you'll lead the charge in delivering projects to impeccable standards, from design to handover. Working closely with a dedicated team, you'll uphold our client's stellar reputation by ensuring all work meets their exacting standards. Your role will encompass: Providing strong leadership and guidance to site staff across ongoing projects. Coordinating all projects to meet deadlines and client specifications. Managing project development in line with approved plans and targets. Taking on additional engineering duties when necessary. Identifying and mitigating project risks. Preparing detailed project progress reports. To be considered, you should have: Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager. A background in civil engineering, with rail project experience being advantageous. Proven ability to manage multiple sites concurrently. Ideally, HNC/HND qualifications or equivalent.
