Nursing Home Manager - £60,000 plus up to £20,000 bonus – Leamingto Spa        Meridian Business Support are working with a Midlands based Private Healthcare client who are recruiting for a Home Manager for their Nursing Home in Leamington Spa.   The home is built in a picturesque garden setting with lots of outside area for the residents. It is located in the suburbs of Wolverhampton, is close to local amenities and has great and had good transport link.  The home provide around the clock care for residents living with Dementia / Alzheimer’s and variety of other General Elderly care needs. It’s a medium to large sized home looking for an experience Home Manager with a proven track record working as a Home Manager.    What the role offers – Competitive salary of £60,000 plus performance bonus of up to £20,000 A friendly and supportive working environment in a very well-run home / company Shift pattern 08.30-17.30 Monday to Friday – 8:00 – 16:30 on Fridays which is a floor shift Support with revalidation Free uniforms and DBS fee paid  As Home Manager, you will take responsibility for the clinical, operational and financial performance of the home, ensuring a high-quality and cost-effective service which meets the needs of residents and exceeds regulatory requirements. You will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management, and will monitor, coach and support the care, nursing and ancillary teams.   Applicants for this Home Manager position should meet the following criteria: NMC Registered Adult Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) and ideally have completed or are currently completing a recognised management qualification such as Diploma Level 5/The Registered Managers Award Must be a car driver with access to own vehicle Must be a NON Smoke From a strong background in elderly care, ideally having previous experience as CQC Registered Able to effectively manage budgets and resources, increasing profitability without compromising on care Able to lead, develop and inspire both clinical and non-clinical teams  Meridian Business Support is a recruitment specialist acting on behalf of our client as an Employment Agency for this vacancy
