Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment Support: Provide guidance and coaching to managers to attract and hire top talent. Conduct hire and cost analysis to inform our talent acquisition strategy. • Onboarding Excellence: Collaborate with managers to create exceptional onboarding experiences. Utilise feedback and data analysis to enhance onboarding tools and processes. • Training Program Development: Partner with the People Development Team to design customised training programs, driving success, retention, and satisfaction across regions. • Offboarding Strategy: Lead the offboarding strategy to gather valuable insights from departing employees, informing our overall people strategy. • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and fostering a positive workplace culture. • TUPE Support: Assist the Senior People Business Partner in the TUPE process, providing administrative and on-site support while adhering to relevant legislation. • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about HR trends and best practices, making recommendations for improvement in your area of responsibility. • Metrics Analysis: Analyse people metrics to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations.
