More Recruitment is currently recruiting for a logistics consultant to join our Northampton branch, the branch recruits within the Northamptonshire, Peterborough, MK and further a field areas. Supplying class 1 drivers through to van drivers, with all levels of experience and skill sets. The role will be a 360 role, consiting of building current business and building new business within the located areas. Additional to this you will need to recruit new drivers and achieve 100% compliance when recruiting new candidates, training on all systems will be provided. Requirements:- Must have right to work in the UK Good level of written & verbal English Good understanding of CRM systems Strong communication skills Ideally experience working in sales in the past Benefits & Salaries :- Salary between £25,00 - £28,000 Commission is paid on 10% temp margin Private Healthcare after 1 year's service Free dental and eye care Yearly bonuses and incentives Commission is uncapped so high earning potentials
