Internal Sales Administrator - Keighley BD20 Salary £26000 - plus full benefits package Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:00 - non hybrid role - office based only On behalf of Our Client we are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator/Specialist for a full time role based within a fast paced engineering business. Internal Sales roles manage inbound communication from existing and brand new clients - this is an integral role as you may be the first point of contact for the business. You MUST have Internal Sales experience or outstanding Customer Services experience in a B2B environment to be considered. ROLE SUMMARY Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with customers and key internal stakeholders, providing excellent end-to-end Customer Service by offering commercial support to the consumable divisions of the company and beyond. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers with the support of account managers and customer service * Visiting potential customers for new business alongside account managers * Making accurate, rapid cost calculations * Providing customers with quotations and follow up contact * Conducting sales calls with potential and existing customers * Gathering market and customer information * Representing the business alongside commercial team at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations * Communicating forthcoming product developments and price changes to customers * Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience Potential Development * Maintaining stock levels and providing reports internally * Conducting customer visits to audit inventory levels and providing reports internally
