Project Manager

We have got an exciting opportunity for a Delivery biased Project Manager to join a rapidly expanding main contractor in the Swindon area. Our client has been around fo over 20 years and specialise in the construction and refurbishment of high technology projects within the pharmaceutical and medical sectors in particular. They are particularly prevalent around the Swindon and Oxford areas and current and futur pipeline will typically be in these Geographical areas. As PM you will be Number 1 on the project, which may value anything between £1 - £30 million. You will coordinate the team on site maintaining stringent health and safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have Design & Build experience/background on fast track projects, a Proven track record of working for main contractor or subcontractor and successfully delivering projects and be able to produce CLIENT and TARGET programmes in Microsoft Project and effectively manage the works to achieve.
