Part Time Credit Controller
Our client, who are a well-established service provider, are looking for a Credit Controller to join their small team or a part-time basis.
This would be around 25 hours a week and our client are flexible with some home working although office working in Tadley, Hampshire will be required for some of the week.

The role:
- As a Credit Controller you will be managing the company's credit and collections process.
- Maintenance of effective credit control procedures, to minimise risk and ensure efficient collections.
- Processing of invoicing and bank receipts, end-to-end.
- Keeping a check of customer accounts to ensure timely paying of invoices and following up on any that are overdue.
- Customer service - you will need to communicate with customers regarding overdue payments and negotiate payment terms.
- Maintenance of company records, making sure accurate files are kept for customer interactions and credit agreements.
- Solving billing ro payment discrepancies. Reporting where necessary.

What we are looking for:
- Previous credit control experience would be ideal.
- Good customer service and telephone skills.
- Good organisational skills.

The salary will be Pro Rata for 25 hours.
