Sales Administrator


Sales Administrator required to work for one of the UK and Europe s No1 Cloud-based Telematic providers. Their cutting-edge products empower businesses to optimise operations and improve driver safety through advanced video and IoT technologies.

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to provide comprehensive support to ensure the best possible customer experience. Working with the Customer Experience Team to support the Account Managers, setting them up for success and taking a proactive approach to customer care.

Responsibilities

First point of call for visitors & phone calls and emails - ensuring customer service is first class.

  • Answering telephone enquiries and triaging to the correct department.
  • Answering customer queries via a shared inbox
  • Sales order processing
  • Sense checking orders entered by the Sales team.
  • General customer care
    • Order status updates
    • Advise on delays / out-of-stock.
    • Expected delivery.

Skills/Experience

  • Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • High level of interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisation and planning skills and deadline-driven
  • Project management experience
  • Solid experience with CRM software (Odoo) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel & Teams)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
