Are you ready to join our client's team as a Warehouse Operative in Abingdon? In this vital role, you will collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure the safe and efficient storage of wet and dry goods, consistently upholding high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include picking and loading goods for dispatch, as well as managing goods entering our facility.
Execute warehouse processes with precision and adherence.
Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods.
Maintain general site cleanliness and perform housekeeping duties.
Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) for warehouse operations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Safely handle materials and components.

Qualifications and Attributes:

Enthusiastic and quality-focused
Self-motivated and willing to work diligently to enhance team performance.
Flexible regarding working hours and shifts
Possession of Counterbalance/Reach Forklift Truck (FLT) licenses is a plus (training available for suitable candidates)
Previous warehouse experience is desirable.
Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential for this role.
