Compliance Administrator £40,000 + bonus & benefits Southampton based with hybrid working Growing, international business Investment in Risk & Compliance processes and trainingGreat opportunity for a to join a growing, international company investing heavily in their Risk & Compliance systems. You'll be working out of the company's tech office in Southampton and be joining a well-established team looking to reinvent and improve their existing Risk & Compliance processes. The successful Compliance Administrator will be joining an expansive international company who are going through an exciting growth period and can offer access to training and career progression opportunities as they continue on their upward trajectory. Required skills: Commercial experience within a Risk or Compliance based role Excellent communicator, able to liaise with all areas of the business Knowledge and understanding of Know Your Client / Know Your Business due diligence practices Experienced in following compliance monitoring procedures Knowledge of regulatory or Legislation requirements, such as AML or CFT Ideally, will have played a pivotal role in improving or implementing a Compliance Monitoring ProgrammeIt's a bonus if you have: Understanding of professional services environments. In particular, finance or legal environmentsAll candidates applying must be UK-based and able to commute to Southampton 3 times per week. You must also be eligible to work in the UK.
