Maintenance Electrician

Role:                   Maintenance Electrician Location:            Yorks/Notts Contract:            Permanent Salary:                £18.75ph for 37.5 hours, overtime paid at £28.13 after 37.5 hours. Salary Example @ 40 hours per week - £40,219 @ 45 hours per week - £47,533 @ 50 hours per week - £54,846 Multitask Personnel are working with a leading Electrical and Mechanical company based in Sheffield, we are assisting them with the recruitment of Installation/Testing/Maintenance Electricians based in the Sheffield area. Responsibilities for the Electrician: Provide Planned, Reactive Electrical Maintenance and Installations across multiple Commercial and Retail sites across Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire. Carry out EICR’s, Reactive Repairs and Installations works across various asset types such as but not limited to:- Lighting systems Electrical Distribution Boards & Associated Circuits Fire & Intruder Alarm systems Pumps, Motors and associated Control systems Building Management Systems PAT Testing HVAC systems EV systems Fault finding and repairs on electrical equipment & systems. Carry out alterations, installations and electrical testing in accordance with specification and legislation Provide On-call Service as part of a call-out rota Qualifications; 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, AM2, City & Guilds 2391 (desirable) Inspection & Testing experience (essential) Package; Basic rate of £18.75 Overtime paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours worked. Normal hours will be 08:00 – 16:00, from Monday to Friday. 30 minutes travel time each way per day in their own time, paid after 30 minutes. Company Van provided. Uniform & PPE provided by the company
