Customer Service Team Leader £35,000 + 12.5% annual bonus Wolverhampton Huntress are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced customer service team leader to join our client in a growing team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with great communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10 customer service representatives, ensuring they provide excellent support and a service to customers. Duties include: Leading and motivating a team of 10 customer service representatives to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Provide coaching, training and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Handling escalated customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Monitor team performance and productivity and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
