Managing a caseload of civil litigation files Dealing directly clients Complying with pre-action protocols Issuing court proceedings Attending court hearings Negotiating with the opposition Enforcing court judgments Ability to use a case management system (ALB preferred) IT skills - Microsoft Office applications and document management skills  What is on offer in return?
