Interim Commercial Building Surveyor - Local Authority

One of our Public Sector clients based in Hertfordshire is looking for a Commercial Building Surveyor on an interim basis for 3 months initially (potentially 6 initially too!) Ideally you will: Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential) Based Locally to Hertfordshire (4 days in office, 1 day WFH) - this will change to 2 days WFH after a month or two. Have 3+ years experience within a commercial or corporate background and have worked ideally in a Local Authority or Housing Association setting previously (although not essential) Responsibilities include: Preparation of contractor documentations. Full lifecycle of contractor management for repairs including writing schedules of works, tendering, procurement and post inspections - go out and diagnose, go out to sign, write specifications and manage contractors.
