Operations Manager This key leadership role will oversee and and manage day-to-day operations of a dynamic and growing business. Primary objectives are to ensure that the company's operations run smoothly and efficiently, while also achieving strategic goals and meeting customer expectations. * Effective and efficient manpower planning, ensuring all wages costs, are maintained at acceptable levels and within budget * Lead and develop existing workforce, building a culture of high performance and ensuring a strong customer service awareness. * Work closely with internal departments to ensure the business is fully compliant in relation to Health & Safety, Quality Management Systems and HACCP * Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating supply chain activities * Ensure all BRC and similar quality standards within the food industry are part of the culture of the business Requirements * Excellent leadership and communication skills, the ability to lead a team * A Logistics, Distribution and Supply Chain background * Management experience within the food industry Contact Judith for further details
