Senior Building Physics Engineer Ref:BM167 This is the exciting opportunity for a Senior Building Physics Engineer to join a multidisciplined consultancies Sustainability team in their offices in London. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects ranging on size and complexity across all sectors. Responsibilities: Carrying out Thermal comfort analysis and CIBSE TM54 Operational Energy analysis. Undertake Building regulations compliance modelling and NABERS simulations assist on Passive design and low-zero carbon technology studies Aid with Net-zero operational energy studies for new and retrofit projectsRequirements for the Senior Building Physics Engineer role include: MSc within an engineering, architecture, or sustainability field Relevant strong practical experience and demonstratable knowledge within a building physics or sustainability engineering role Experience with heat transfer, energy, CIBSE guidance and RIBA. Good knowledge of IES-VE and UK Building regulations. Accredited user of IES-VE, CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant, and Low Carbon Energy Assessor level 5.
