As the RICS Valuer for our client, you will be responsible for the below: Conducting thorough property inspections and valuations according to RICS guidelines. Producing accurate and detailed valuation reports for a variety of property types. Providing expert advice on property valuation matters to clients. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality valuation services.The ideal candidate for this role will have: RICS qualification (MRICS/FRICS) is essential. Proven experience in property valuation within the real estate industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
